Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups milk
- Cardomon powder 1tsp
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Tea powder 1tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1tsp
Kadak masala chaye recipe
In a pot add water, add sliced ginger in it, cardamon powder, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, tea powder and let it boil for 5 minutes. Now you will feel the beautiful aroma of tea in your kitchen.
After boiling for 5 minutes then add milk in it, stir it well and boil for 10-15 minutes. The tea will get thick and the ingredients will fuse in milk.
After 10 minutes remove your pot from flame, strain it and serve it in cups and enjoy your karak masala chaye.
