In a bowl add 1tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, black pepper powder 1tsp, salt according to your taste, garlic powder 1tsp and mix well. Then add boneless chicken stripes in it and mix well. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

In a frying pan add 3tbsp cooking oil, all sliced 10 garlic cloves, spring onion 2tbsp, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Then add boiled spaghetti in it and mix well. Add fried chicken in it and mix well. After that add prepared chowmein sauce in it and mix well and cook it for a 2 minutes. Add stir fried vegetables in it and mix well. Your yummy homemade chowmein is ready.
