Easy fudgy brownie recipe
- Dark chocolate 280gm
- Condensed milk 397gm
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
Add dark chocolate and condensed milk in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Then mix it well so the chocolate melts and dissolves with condensed milk. Microwave it again for 30 seconds. And mix well
Then add all purpose flour, mix until combined, don't overmix it. Make sure to mix it quickly so the batter doesn't get extra thick.
Take a square pan, lined with parchment paper, don't forget to grease the paper with oil and pour the batter in it. Spread it evenly. Bake it in preheated oven (180°c) for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes your chocolate brownies will be ready. Let it cool down at room temperature and then cut it in square pieces and enjoy your brownies.
What type of chocolate is used in brownies?
Always use chunks of chocolate, crush them in small pieces and use them in your brownies. I prefer dark chocolate in brownies. It gave brownies a very rich taste.
