How do you make spaghetti with tomato sauce?


 How do you make spaghetti sauce from scratch from fresh tomatoes?

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 3 medium
  • Butter 3tbsp
  • Chicken boneless 250gm 
  • Garlic chopped 2tbsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock cube 1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Mozerella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Boiled spaghetti

Italian spaghetti tomato sauce recipe

In boiling water add tomatoes, blanche for 3 minutes and remove skin. In a blender add these tomatoes and blend them to get a tomato mixture. 

In a pan add butter and let it melt. Add 1tbsp garlic and mix well. Add boneless chicken in it and mix well until it changes colour. Then add paprika powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, mix well and cover it with lid, cook it for 12 minutes on slow flame. After 12 minutes remove the lid and cook it on high flame to reduce mixture. Take it outside in a plate. 



How to make tomato sauce for spaghetti

In the same pan add 2tbsp butter, let it melt and then add 1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, mix well. Add chopped onion, saute it for 5 minutes. Add tomatoe puree you prepared before. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1tsp black pepper crushed, salt 1/2 tsp, 1 chicken stock cube and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes and then add milk and cream in it and mix well. Add cooked chicken in it. Then add cheese and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes and then add boiled spaghetti in it and mix well. 

Your yummy italian tomato spaghetti is ready.
