How to make cinnamon tea

Today we will tell you how to lose weight with cinnamon and lemon

Ingredients

  • Water 1 1/2 cup
  • Green tea leaves
  • Cinnamon powder 
  • Cardamon powder 
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

In a pot add water, green tea leaves, cardamon powder and let it boil. When only one cup water is left then strain your tea and pour in a cup. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder on top of it, lemon juice and mix it well. Leave it for 5 minutes so the cinnamon powder releases its benefits in the water. Then you can have your cinnamon green tea. 

Many people use the cinnamon stick and add it in green tea while preparing but i dont prefer that because that cinnamon stick goes in to waste when you strain the tea so it's very useful to take cinnamon in powder form and add it sfter straining your tea, so the cinnamon powder goes inside you and will help you in losing weight.

Is cinnamon tea good for weight loss?

Cinnamon tea is excellent for weight loss but always use only a pinch of cinnamon powder and not more than that.
