Ingredients

  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • Water 
  • 1tsp Organic honey 
  • 1tsp Ceylon cinnamon powder

In a glass add 1tbsp of chia seeds, now fill the glass with 250-300 ml lukewarm water. Leave aside for 20 minutes.

Chia seeds will soak water and rise. Chia seeds are high in fiber and proteins. It also helps in reducing body fat. Chia seeds are gluten free and contains a lot of calcium which is very beneficial for your body.

After 20 minutes the chia seeds will absorb water and rise. Then add 1tsp of ceylon cinnamon powder. 

Ceylon cinnamon will regulate blood sugar levels and imcreases metabolism of glucose thus preventing fat storage in body. 

Now add 1tsp of organic honey and mix well. Honey will help burn more fat during early hours of sleep. Your bedtime weightloss chia drink is ready.
