Get rid of all the junk

The first tip is to get rid of all the junk you have at home. Pick up a box and fill it will all the junk food (Pizza, donuts, chips, snacks, cold drinks etc) you have at home and give it to needy people or feed it to any animal, in this way you won't waste food and you will also get rid of junk food which you are going to avoid for better health. Remember out of sight, out of mind!! So when you can't see junk food, you won't crave for it. 


Play with your mind

If you have a major addiction to cold drinks, chocolates or any junk food then this tip is best for you. If you go any where outside with friends and everyone is eating junk food then lie to them by saying "i don't like junk food, i don't like taste of cold drinks, i don't know what happened but i dont like the taste of burgers now" this is basically you are playing with your mind and telling yourself you don't like junk. This will become a habit of yours and soon you will start believing in it that you don't like junk and after that you will completely get rid of any junk food you used to like.



Experiment with sugar intake



For example now you are taking 1tbsp of sugar in milk or tea, then what you have to do is that stop adding that sugar in your milk/tea for atleast 2 weeks. After 2 weeks again add 1tbsp of sugar in your milk and you will feel that the milk is too sweet for you and you won't be able to drink milk with sugar. Similarly if you reduce or quit your sugar intake in whatever form you are taking sugar, after a few weeks your body will get used to it and you won't be able to take sugary items anymore. All you need is a little willpower to achieve this goal.

What happens when you stop eating junk food?


When you get rid of junk food, you will be able to live a healthy lifestyle. Your body will get more fit and healthy. Your metabolism will become fast which will always keep you active and will also help in reducing extra fat of your body.
Try this for a month and you will be surprised to see "No junk food for a month results"
After one month it will become your habit and you will be able to adopt healthy diet.

These tips will keep you away from sugar and processed food for long time. It will surely work for you if you make up your mind to acheive your goal.
