Tummy fat can get so stubborn sometimes that even after trying several diets, it feels impossible to lose that extra fat. Don't worry this happens because sometimes we are following diets but not in the correct way or in other cases that particular diet which you are following doesn't suits your body so this maybe another reason of not losing extra fat.

How to reduce weight at home

Make meal portions, it's better to have a less portion but a healthy platter. Include green vegetables in your meals. Add salad leaves in your platter. A green platter is best to reduce weight and feel full. 

Do you have sudden cravings like me?? Because i do feel sudden hunger pangs!!

The best solution to get rid of these hunger pangs is have 2 or 3 almonds whenever you feel hungry. These almonds will satisfy your cravings and your tummy will feel full. 

Drink alot of water, stay hydrated!! Your body needs water so drink as much as possible. Water will also help in losing weight and will also keep your skin shiny. Sometimes people don't like to drink alot of water, one of my friends says she forgets to drink forget Aaah isn't it funny? Who forgets to drink water, but yeah she does!! So if you also forget to drink water like her then keep reminders on your phone which reminds you to drink water whole day so now you can't say you forget to drink water!!!!!

Drink lemon water on an empty stomach. Add lemon juice in warm water and drink it on an empty stomach.

What happens when you drink lemon water every morning? 

Lemon water will help you in digestion and you will be able to digest your meals more quickly. Lemon water on an empty stomach will also boost your metabolism which results in loss of weight. 



Avoid fried food

Ok guys i know this is the difficult one!! How can someone avoid yummy fried broast or french fries but my friends you can do it, if you want to live a healthy life. Get motivated and say NO to fried food. Use very less oil and it's better to use olive oil. Don't make fried food your every day routine, ok ok i know it's hard to avoid it completely, you can have a cheat day once in a month and can have some fried food. Once in a month is enough if you want to reduce weight quickly. 

Avoid milk tea

If you want to lose weight quickly and easily then avoid milk tea, instead take a cup of mint green tea. Mint green tea will keep you refresh and will also help in digestion. Better digestion is directly proportional to losing weight quickly. 

What can I drink to have a flat tummy?

Cinnamon tea is best to have a flat tummy but remember only take cinnamon tea twice a day and only add a pinch of cinnamon powder in your tea. 

Benefits of chia seeds 

Chia seeds are also good for losing weight easily. Soak some chia seeds in water for half hour, they will rise. Then add these chia seeds in lemon water or just plain water and drink it. Chia seeds will keep your stomach full for long time and it also helps in losing weight. 

Does walking reduce belly fat?

Yes it does, stop being lazy and sitting on your couch every time. Walk, Walk and Walk!! If you are reading a book, walk in your room with book in your hand and read it while walking. If you are listening to music, dance with the music. Keep doing work and keep walking so your body stays active. Don't be a sloth, and stay active. It will keep you in shape and you will lose fat.
