2 ingredient chocolate truffles cocoa powder
Easy chocolate truffles recipe with condensed milk and cocoa powder
Ingredients
240 gm condensed milk
Coco powder 100 gm
In a pot add condensed milk, on slow flame let it boil. Keep mixing with spatula. Condensed milk boils really fast so when it starts bubbling lightly, turn off the flame. Don't burn it by keeping flame too high.
Pour the boiled condensed milk in a bowl and add 100 gm cocoa powder in it. Add cocoa powder step by step by sifting it 3 times. Mix it well in hot condensed milk so no lumps are left. Mixture will get a little hard but it will still have a soft texture.
Then add this mixture in a mould, covered with plastic wrap, and wrap it neatly around the chocolate mixture.
Now put this in fridge for 4 hours. After that it will harden and will be easier to cut and shape.
Before cutting the chocolate, dust some cocoa powder on your kitchen table so your chocolate doesn't sticks to the surface.
Now your cut your chocolate into even pieces. You can give them any shape you like.
Sift some more cocoa powder on top to give an extra punch of flavour and your best chocolate truffles are ready.
