Chicken malai boti recipe

 


Today we will share with you an easy chicken malai boti recipe which takes very less time to prepare

Ingredients

Boiled Boneless chicken
4 tbsp fresh cream
Yougurt
1tbsp crushed black pepper
1tbsp Salt
1tbsp green chilli paste
Skewers

Add your chicken in boiling water and cook it only for 4 minutes, don't overcook it. We just have to slightly boil it
Then add boneless boiled chicken in a bowl and add 1 cup of yougurt, 4tbsp fresh cream, green chilli paste, salt and crushed black pepper and mix well.

We are using boiled chicken in this recipe so it will take less time to cook while frying. 



Keep it aside for 1 hour so the chicken gets well marinated with yougurt and cream.
After one hour thread that chicken, with capsicum on skewers and shallow fry it in oil. Keep changing sides after 5 minutes.
Cook until the chicken is light brown ( max 15 minutes )
After 15 minutes your yummy chicken malai boti is ready.
