Ingredients of turmeric tea

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/4tsp cayenne pepper / black pepper powder
  • 1tsp coconut oil/ 1tsp avacado oil

In a pot add water, turmeric powder, crushed ginger, cayenne pepper and mix well.

If you don't have cayenne pepper then add 1/4tsp of black pepper powder in this tea.

Mix well, cover the pot with lid and let it boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes pour the turmeric tea in a cup. Don't strain your tea as pepper powder will settle down in the cup and it will become soft so you can chew the solid chunks and don't strain the tea to get full benefits of this weight loss tea.

Now you can add an healthy fat ingredient in your tea. You can add extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin avacado oil.
