Ingredients
Boneless chicken
2tbsp butter
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp green chilli paste
1tbsp salt
1tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
One cup whipped cream
1tsp cumin powder
Add 2tbsp butter in a pan. When the butter starts melting add boneless chicken in it and mix well.
When the chicken changes its colour to white, add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and mix well.
After 3 minutes add 1/2 tbsp green chilli paste in it and mix well. Now add spices, 1tbsp salt, 1tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix well.
Cover the pan with lid and let it cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add whipped cream in chicken and mix well. Whipped cream will give a creamy texture to your butter chicken. Add 1tsp of cumin powder and cook the chicken for 5 more minutes.
When the oil separates from chicken, then your butter chicken is ready. Add 1tsp of butter on top to give an extra flavour of butter to your creamy butter chicken.
