Easy Dhaka fish recipe

 


Ingredients

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • 1 whisked egg
  • All purpose flour 5tbsp
  • Cornflour 3tbsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Roasted sesame seeds 2tbsp

In a bowl add boneless fish, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilli, salt, cumin seeds, mix it well and marinate for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, in fish bowl add whisk egg, all purpose flour, cornflour, vinegar, sesame seeds and mix well until it combines.

It's time for frying, deep fry it on low flame until it turns golden brown.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
