I'm a pasta lover and i always love to have white sauce pasta. The creamy texture of pasta is my favourite. Today i will tell you how do you make white pasta sauce from scratch.
White sauce pasta recipe
- Chicken boneless in cube shape, 350gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Salt according to your taste
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp Red chilli 1 tsp
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
Ingredients for white sauce
- Butter 2tbsp
- Flour 2tbsp
- Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
- Salt according to your taste
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozrella cheese grated
- Penne pasta
In a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic pasye, salt and black pepper and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes in a pan add oil and marinated chicken, and cook until chicken turns brown and is perfectly ready to eat. Keep it aside.
Take another pan add oil and mushroom slices in it and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add capsicum and fry it more 3 minutes. Add red chilli flakes, mix it well and remove the pan from stove.
For white sauce, in another pan add butter and flour and cook it until the flour changes in light brown colour. Dont over cook and keep mixing for 1 minute and then add milk in it. Mix until the sauce becomes thick. Then add cheddar and mozerella cheese and mix well until the cheese melts. Add black pepper and salt in it and your white sauce is ready.
Then add the boiled pasta, the fried chicken and vegetables in the white sauce pan and mix well and cook it for 5 minutes and your white sauce pasta is ready.
This recipe is very easy to prepare and it has very less ingredients so you don't have to worry much and you can cook it in less time. This creamy pasta sauce without cream is very yummy and tempting.
